It was a good year for Jens Josefsson: Not only was he awarded an Umbraco Community MVP for his company Webmind hosting uSweFest. Jens also was honoured with a Ucommerce MVP. In April, the Swede will be speaking at UFD.
Who are you and what do you have to do with Umbraco?
I’m the head of a Swedish web agency called Webmind. I have been working with Umbraco for four years. I’m not a developer, but I spend a lot of time in the back offices of Umbraco sites and with e-commerce.
How often did you attend Umbraco Festival Germany (formerly known as umbOktoberfest)?
This is my first trip so I’m really excited. I visited Frankfurt many, many years ago and thought it was a vey beautiful city, so I’m looking forward to going there again. I have been to Codegarden a couple of times and Webmind is the host of the Swedish Umbraco Festival.
What are your special fields of expertise/interest when it comes to Umbraco?
Mostly e-commerce, but also usability, content, strategies and things like that.
What topic will your talk be about?
I’ll have a presentation together with Martin from Ucommerce, and we will talk about how to work with content and commerce combined and show how fast we can set up a web shop.
What are three words that come to mind when you think of Umbraco?
Friendly, CMS and e-commerce
What is the most special thing about Umbraco community events like UFD?
It’s so open and friendly! People share so much and there is a really special atmosphere. The talks are often very good but meeting the people is the big wins for me!
